Where we are strong

Coconut-based pelletized carbon gives lower pressure drop and better fill ratio than granular at the same bed depth.

Gas-phase contaminant removal is the core of what we make. Our media are specified into natural gas processing, by-product hydrogen purification, petroleum and gas purification, solvent recovery, flue gas processing and nuclear-grade filtration.

Where a contaminant cannot be removed by physical adsorption alone, we impregnate. SURSORB GG-Hg and GP-Hg convert elemental and organic mercury to mercuric sulfide and retain it in the pore structure. SURSORB As converts soluble arsenates to insoluble forms. SURSORB PAL uses palladium to address carbon monoxide, and can be regenerated after adsorption.

For high-temperature and high-humidity duty, the re-agglomerated and pelletized grades hold their structure where granular media would break down.
