Every challenge is unique, so should be its solution.
Filtration is an extensive industry, and we know from experience that not all safety problems have a ready-made solution.
What we can actually customize
The honest scope, so you know before you ask. We can change the base carbon (feedstock, form, activity level, mesh cut), the impregnant chemistry and its loading, the pellet or sphere geometry, and the packaging. We hold formulations across alkaline, acid, silver, palladium, magnesium oxide, permanganate and ASZM-TEDA chemistries, and we develop new ones.
What we cannot do is invent physics. If your contaminant has no viable adsorption or chemisorption pathway on carbon, no formulation will fix that, and we will say so at step one rather than sell you a trial.
The process
Initial communication
You send the contaminant, concentration, flow, conditions and target outlet. We tell you whether an existing grade covers it, or whether it needs development.
Research and analysis
Our R&D team works the adsorption chemistry — base carbon selection, impregnant, loading — and models expected performance against your conditions.
Finalization
We agree the specification you will be held to: parameters, values, test methods and tolerances. Nothing enters production against a vague target.
Pilot run
The formulation is produced on our pilot-scale impregnation line and extruder, and breakthrough-tested on our own gas rig before it leaves.
Approval
You evaluate the sample under your own conditions. We iterate on the formulation until it performs, or we tell you it will not.
Production
Scale-up to commercial quantity against the agreed specification, with a Certificate of Analysis per lot.
Dispatch
Packed to your requirement — branded or unbranded — and shipped against your Incoterm with full documentation.
Private label and unbranded supply
A significant share of what we make is converted, blended or re-bagged by our customers under their own brand. That is a normal arrangement and we support it: unbranded packaging, customer-specified labeling, and confidentiality on the supply relationship. Raise it at inquiry stage.
Samples and trial quantities
Standard grades ship as evaluation samples on request. Custom formulations produce a pilot-run sample at step four. Trial quantities below our normal minimum order are available for qualification work — tell us what you need to run your test and we will find a way to get it to you.
