Who publishes this site

Status of published specifications
Specification values on this site are typical published values for the standard grade. They describe the product as manufactured to our standard process; they are not a certificate of analysis and they are not a warranty of any individual consignment. The controlling document for any shipment is the certificate of analysis issued against that batch.
Where we do not publish a value, we say so rather than omit it. Where a specification is issued against a defined requirement rather than published as a standard rating — as with the filter and system assemblies — the figures we issue against your requirement govern.
Scope of supply
Our media is supplied for gas-phase and industrial duty. Grades offered for liquid-phase service are industrial grades and carry no drinking-water certification; they must not be specified into a United States potable water system. See Quality & certifications for what we hold.
Life-safety and CBRN products
Respiratory, NBC and CBRN products are life-safety equipment. Published breakthrough data is measured under the stated test conditions against the stated standard and does not constitute a guarantee of protection in service. Selection, fitting, service life and change-out schedules for such equipment are the responsibility of the competent person specifying them.
Export control
Products marked export controlled on this site may be subject to export control and end-use restrictions in one or more jurisdictions. Inquiries require an identified end user and end use, and we screen all parties before quoting. You agree not to seek to acquire, re-export or divert any product in contravention of applicable export-control or sanctions law. We may decline any inquiry on these grounds without giving reasons.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and brand marks on this site — including SURSORB and SULFASORB — belong to Suracsh Adsorbents LLC or Suracsh Filters Pvt Ltd. Datasheets are published ungated and you are free to download, circulate internally and quote from them for the purpose of evaluating or specifying our products. You may not present them as your own, alter the figures in them, or republish them as a third-party specification.
We publish specifications and datasheets openly because we would rather you could check them than have to ask. You may quote figures from this site — in a specification, a tender submission, an internal comparison, a technical article, or a search or answer engine result — provided the figures are reproduced accurately and attributed to Suracsh with a reference to the page or datasheet they came from. Our robots.txt permits indexing and citation by search engines and AI assistants on the same basis. What we ask is that figures are not altered, not presented as another supplier's specification, and not quoted stripped of the qualifiers and test conditions that give them meaning.
Accuracy and availability
We correct errors when we find them and reissue affected documents. We do not warrant that the site is free of error or continuously available. Links to our parent company's site and to third-party standards bodies are provided for reference; we are not responsible for content we do not publish.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suracsh Adsorbents LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Terms of sale, delivery and warranty are set out in our quotation and order acknowledgement and take precedence over this page in any commercial transaction.
