This states what this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated August 2026.
Who we are
Suracsh Adsorbents LLC, 302 Brae Bourn Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, United States. We are the North American entity of Suracsh Filters Pvt Ltd, which manufactures in Kerala, India. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, email vinod@suracsh.com.
What this site collects
Analytics
We use two analytics tools. Google Analytics 4 can set cookies in your browser and send usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived — to Google. IP anonymization is enabled. Advertising storage, ad personalization and ad user data are disabled permanently: we run no advertising and build no remarketing audiences. Vercel Web Analytics also runs; it sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and needs no consent.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under
suracsh-consent so we do not ask again. To change it, clear this site's data in
your browser and the question will be asked afresh. You can also install Google's
opt-out browser add-on,
or email us and we will confirm removal of any data we can identify as yours.
Inquiries and quote requests
When you submit the quote form, what you typed is sent to a function running on our host and is then used in two ways. It is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, so that it reaches our inbox. It is also written to our CRM, Zoho Bigin, as a contact record and an open inquiry, so that the request is not lost and we can follow up. Both happen at the moment you submit — the form does not wait for any further action from you.
What we hold is what the form asks for: your name, company, email address and phone number; the country and destination you are shipping to; and the technical detail of the requirement — application, contaminant, concentrations, flow, temperature, humidity, bed geometry, grade, activity, mesh, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, timeline, whether you want a sample, and any notes you add. If your inquiry concerns an export-controlled product, it also includes the end user and end use you state.
If you would rather not use the form, email vinod@suracsh.com directly — that reaches the same inbox without passing through the CRM automatically.
Our host records ordinary server logs for the form endpoint, including the originating IP address, for security and abuse prevention. The form also contains one hidden field that a person never sees or fills in; it exists solely to identify automated spam.
Export-control screening
Several products on this site are export controlled. Where you inquire about one, we are required to establish the end user and end use, and to screen the parties involved against applicable restricted-party lists before quoting. That screening is a legal obligation, not a marketing activity, and the record of it is retained accordingly.
Datasheets
Every datasheet on this site downloads without a form, a login or a registration. We do not know who downloads them and we do not gate specifications behind lead capture.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers. Data reaches our service providers in the ordinary course of running the business: Vercel (hosting, serverless functions and cookieless analytics), Google (analytics), Resend (delivery of quote-form emails), and Zoho (our email system and our Bigin CRM). Each processes data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
Inquiries are shared with our parent company in India where manufacturing, pricing or technical input is needed to answer you — which, for most technical questions, it is.
Where data goes
We are a United States company and our hosting and analytics providers process data in the United States. Our parent company is in India. If you contact us from the EU, EEA or UK, your correspondence will be transferred outside your jurisdiction for those reasons.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data expires on Google's retention schedule. Correspondence and quote records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live and afterwards for the period required by tax, customs and export-control record-keeping obligations. Records tied to an export-controlled inquiry are kept for the statutory period whether or not the inquiry converts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to object to processing. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK these rights come from the GDPR; if you are a California resident, from the CCPA/CPRA. Email vinod@suracsh.com and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
One limit worth stating plainly: where a record exists because export-control law requires us to keep it, we cannot delete it on request. We will tell you if that applies.
Children
This is an industrial supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. This version is dated August 2026.
